While there may be a lot of time left until we get to the end of the season, the time has come to start looking at getting your tickets to the special event.

Just like last year, we will be heading back to the Village Hotel for our special celebrations. The night will include food and awards followed by a good lot of partying! Whether that’s chatting with your teammates over a few drinks or dancing the night away it will be a fun time for all.

Once again, we are giving away a room at the Village for the night of the event! Each ticket will be 1 entry into the draw. The winner of the room shall be decided at the final committee meeting before the event, the winner shall be notified after this.

Now here are some key details:
When? Saturday 17th May 2025

What time? Guests can start arriving from 7pm with food following around 30 minutes after.

Price? Tickets will cost £35 per person.
Each ticket will get you a 2 course meal (main and dessert), an entry into the raffle to win a room for the night, a seat to watch the awards ceremony and the evening of partying.

If you do not wish to have food at this event, there will be an alternative of £10 per person where you will be able to turn up from 9pm.

What are the food options? There will be 2 choices for your main and dessert to choose from. One of the options will be Gluten Free and Vegan.
You will be given access to the food form once you have paid for your ticket.

What is the dress code? Be sure to dress in your best. NO JEANS AND T-SHIRT COMBO! Trainers are acceptable as long as they are clean and presentable.
