Portsmouth's Stuart Avery capped a brilliant weekend representing England O45s, as he scored the decisive goal to seal the gold medal at the home nations tournament.
This was Avery's second year representing England at the home nations, as he looked to improve upon the silver medal earnt in 2018.
England started the tournament with a 6-0 win over Ireland, which was then followed by a 9-0 victory over Wales which saw Avery bag his first goal of the tournament.
England headed into the final game against a tough Scottish side knowing that a draw or better would seal the title. The game finished 3-3, with Avery scoring the crucial third goal for England to bring home the gold medal.
